    Can mailbox be deleted if messages are still in it?

    At one time, a vendor told us we needed to clear all the messages in a mailbox prior to deleting it. Apparently, messages remained on the hard drive and could cause corruption. Is this still an issue? Thank you!

    I am interested in this as well. I have yet to find a way to have specific DNs ring differently. It's frustrating to have a customer go from a key system to a PBX and not have a simple feature, like this.

    One of my customers wants their intercom calls to have a different ringtone/cadence from their regular incoming calls. They are using i1140e IP phones on a CS1000M, release 7.0. I don't know of any way to make this happen. Any ideas? Thanks!
