If I have a client that has IP Office 500 V1 running R5.0(8) and I want to upgrade them to 5.0(26) is there a cost for the upgrade license even though I am still in the R5 software??

We are pulling out a PRI and going with a VCM to SIP so its mainly just for dial-tone. Their on-site phones are all digital 5410/5420
and they are currently running 4.1 so we are going to upgrade them to 6.0 so we dont have to buy licenses for he VCM, but I dont know if I need to buy licenses on...
When you upgrade Avaya IP Office from 4.1 to 6.0 do you need to upgrade the voicemail pro with it? And does this upgrade require a license??

We have to different sites with 2-Nortel MICS systems that are connected with a Point 2 Point T1. I need to build a routing group with 4 extensions that forward from one site to the other with a button on one of the extension that allows them to toggle the forward feature.
I have never built...
If they are trying to forward to another Nortel off site that is point to point with this one will the Feature 4 still work?
They can dial intercom then dial the off site extension and it works but every time we try to do Feature 4 then enter the other site extension it wont take?????

Anyone know why if I try to set Forward extension to extension using Feature F4 the phone will idle for a sec then read Feature Timeout??

Can I put a forward button "F4" on these extensions to forward all calls to the same ringing extension?
And if they have a PRI with no appearence buttons do I need to put a appearence button on the other extension or will it ring on the intercom button?

Ok here is the breakdown on the problem, I am looking for a solution and can use your help??
I have a customer who has a ringing group 1 set up that goes to AA when they press the night service "F871" button on the recep phone.
We are trying to set up another ringing group 2 that takes 4...
I tracked it down. Here are the specs if needed by anyone.
Voicemail pro default at 120sec (2min) per message but can be set to a max of 3600sec (60min) per message. And voicemail to email transfers at a rate of 1MB disk space per min of message.
