There are standard reports for that in ePO 3.0.
Try Reports/Antivirus/Coverage/Dat Engine coverage.
I think this is the Crystal Report file: DatEngineCoverage.rpt, perhaps you can edit it to retieve somme more information about the query behind the report.
I found another way without restarting the server.
When ePO refuses to Pull now, try to edit this file:
C:\Program Files\Network Associates\ePO\3\DB\SiteMgr.ini.
If status <> 0, the change it back to 0.
This works all the time.
I read somewhere that:
Exchange 5.5 standard doesn't has X400.
You need to install it from a separate disk or from the Enterprise version.
Apply Exchange SP after installation.
I have no idea why, but the temp CAL tokens stay in the TS Licensing MMC panel after I installed 20 per user CALS for TS 2003. Do I need to delete the temp per device CALs or what do I need to do? When I login to a TS it continues to complain about the temp licences. All servers run W2003.
We update from one master and 20 distributed repository's.
The master gets his update's from a source repository (nai on the net).
The master repository replicate's to the distributed repository's.
Repository selection on the client side is done by performing ping's to all the repository's and...
Just for you guy's to know:
I was unable to start replication or a pull task (access denied).
I was also unable to manage packages, move them from evaluation to current etc.
After a server reboot the problem vanished.
Yes, I also have problems updating with ePO 3.
For starters, I don't quite understand the updating mechanism for updating DAT's and ENGINE's for VSE7 and Virusscan 4.5.1 ...
Deploying the ePO agents, uninstalling and installing VS 4.5.1 and VSE7 is working fine.
Outlook 2000 connecting to an NT4 SP6a Exchange 5.5 SP4, meeting request doesn't display the attendee availability from attendee's located on other site's ( //////// is shown ). Users from the same site as the user's mailbox show OK. How can this be solved? Do you need Exchange 2000 for this?
You need to have Outlook installed on the server Backup Exec is running on.
You need to have an Outlook profile name if you want to use your Exchange as the mailserver or you need to setup the Exchange to do the SMTP mail. You can create a new special Outlook profile for the Backup Exec mail...
I think that you need to install a Remote Agent for W2k on your Exchange server in orde to do a full backup.
I don't know if you can do a full backup with Exchange in it with this option. I think probably not, but I'm not sure.
You probably are trying to do a backup of a remote W2k or NT system without having a remote agent installed on that remote machine. I don't think it's causing problems if you're just backing up files but we have a remote agent installed now. You need to purchase this 'Remote Agent for NT or W2k'...
In the source Outlook Express, create a new folder with a specific name. Do a find / search on your hard drive after that name.Check what version of OE you used on the old PC.
Create the new account on the new PC or use an existing one.
For OE5.5 you will find files *.idx, *.mdx and *.dbx.

There is no attendee availability view in Outlook/Exchange meeting request from users sitting on another site's Exchange mail server.
Local users attendee availability can be seen.
Is this normal? What can be donne to resolve this?
