I'm facing the same situation with having to restore a mailbox. I've read the MS article on RSG's and I think i'm comfortable with the process - has anyone out there actually done this?
I'm looking for some success stories to boost my confidence - I don't want to screw anything up with our...
I've setup a backup in Brightstor v11 and everything looks good, but when I try to start the backup it gives me the popup that says there is no mounted media available. Under Devices, in the settings there isn't an option to 'Mount' them. What am I missing here?
Bump... =)
In addition to this, does anyone know if users accessing an Exchange 2003 server using POP3 count as a CAL? We're trying to determine how many licenses are being used, and we have a large amount of users who have mailbox accounts without being domain users - just to store email.

I have a network of about 180 computers. I have 13 x 3Com Superstacks (II's and 3's), all with the latest software version (2.71), that act as the backbone for out network. Some are matrixed some are just single switches (we are in three buildings and everything is connected with fiber)...
This is the exact error I was researching. I am going to be reconfiguring the switches and reseting them after hours today. I hope this fixes it. I'll make sure and update.

I found out what the problem was. I'd changed the name of the .bin file to something easier to type and it didn't like that. Once I changed the name back to it's original name "s2s02_71.bin" then the session started in TFTP and the upload and update occured. Now I don't need the loader file...

Still the same thing. I think that the problem is TFTP because it's always at the download stage where the process halts and I never see the session start in the TFTP log.
I do have the google pop-up blocker on my system by chance. I have tried updating the switch 3 ways. Through the web interface, through the serial port and though the 3Com network supervisor. Nothing has worked. I assume you are suggesting I turn off the pop-up blocker. I'll give that a try and...
Here is the SQL Statment I am trying to execute. This statement runs fine in Access.
SELECT load.date, load.waybillnum, route.start, route.end, load.hrlyhauls, load.correctedvolume, load.addwork, route.riser, load.comments, driver.fname, driver.lname, load.wage, load.driverindex, (select unit...
Here is the query after the VB6 datareport has modified it to be 'correct'...it puts load. DATE (load.<space> DATE)
The only way I have been able to get around this is to use Load.* but then I run into an error with an aggregate function. If I take the spaces out between Load. and DATE and put...
I am trying to update the software on some 3Com Superstack II and 3 3300's switches. I have tried the TFTP route and encountered many problems. So I am ready to try the Update Utility. When I run the utility I get an error "No loader file found for agent filename". I have researched this error...
The IP for the device is 172.18.3.110 and a gateway of 172.18.1.1. The system with TFTP has an IP of 172.18.3.4. There is no firewall on the system running the tftp server.
Ok,
I have followed everything as per Dave's response but I am having problems still with upgrading the software on a switch. It seems like the TFTP isn't working. I go to the web management tool and put in the info for the name of the file and the IP of the system running TFTP and I get the...
On this matrix stack (3) I have 2 with:

Software 2.01
These guys have never been updated. What I am trying to do right now is update the firmware and the software on these switches and I am having nothing but...
