I have Groupwise 6 and any email being sent out are 3 months behind as far as the time being posted. The Primary Server is correct. What can I check?

I have one user in my network where her sent items folder will not display her sent items. I looked in the properties of the sent item folder and everything looks ok. I recreated the folder and had no luck. Does anyone have any ideas why this isn't working?
