Trouble getting the Personal Verification option (89)

After setting up the user's mailbox, there is no option for(89)the personal verification once I have logged into the voicemail. All other users have this option.

Any explantions for this??
 
Option personnal verification must be turn to yes in Mailbox profile
 
I have Meridian Mail option 11c.

Do I just go into AX then under user Administration and choose Local Voice user?
 
That's right
You may find somewhere that prompt "Personnal Verification"
Maybe move the block to personnal and use "More details" key

go into the class of service profile and set it there.
