We dropped the data speed to 64k and forced voice mode on the cisco and it looks like it is working. We have a bunch of errors on the other end but think it is tied to the telco provider right now. Will advise further in a bit.
Thanks for everyones help so far!

They are the complete provider supposedly with there own switch about 10 miles from here. They claim to be the ld carrier as well. The call is a local call but to a different provider. The receiving end is SBC.
Vendor is a local company called Birch. We are still working with all the info. Right now we are playing with the type of switch that we are emulating on the cisco, 5ess seems to work but not sure that is right.

Does anyone know of an escape sequence to print the font list? I have an hp2100 and the limited menu does not allow for the printing of the fonts list and the manual says to use fontsmart which looks to not be available anymore.

The concept/idea is to have an ISDN device at the main office call an ISDN device at the remote location and establish a...
Does nortel offer an Extension to Cellular similar to Avaya's EC500? I'm looking to have a phone call ring both a desk phone and a cell phone at the same time. Additionally when someone gets back to their desk they can pick up there desk phone, hangup the cellular phone and continue the...
Does anyone know if Avaya publishes a table of the current vintage versions of hardware such as for the IP Media Processors and Control-Lans? I bought a switch and most of it was Classic Avaya and wondering how old the boards are that we received.
