    Sorry, it's a 3640, which has been removed from a network to do a memory upgrade. I thought I would check if the upgrade was successful before returning it to the network. It is configured to use a radius server for dialin authentication.

    Why don't you leave IIS running where it is, simply move your site directories to the new drive and remap their location in IIS. There's no need to move the whole IIS installation.
