I ordered new 9620 phones. I have 4610's in production right now. I am trying to get the 9620 to pull the 46xxsettings.txt file. Currently it does not seem to be pulling the file. Any ideas? Thanks for your time on this.

my 4610 work fine when I use the redial feature but my 9620 still uses a 9...any ideas?? Thanks for your time on this.
I want to program a new 9620 to use an 8 instead of a 9 to for the redial feature. However, I have never done this before. Does anybody know of a document that might help explain this?
I think I got somewhat of a handle on my situation for the most part as most of the issues were due to a bad cable that plugged into the phone or the phone itself...I have been able to resolve most of the issues by replacing the crappy cables with more high quality made ones...I find that users...
the screen freezes...it does not update time or anything...it is like the screen is frozen in time...I dont have this issue at my other sites and they are running the same version of firmware...it is a remote site...
I have several phones that are freezing up and have to be power cycled in order to work again. I have tried swapping out phones. Anybody got any ideas as to what causes this or how to fix it permanately?
I am trying to receive faxes and all fax machines are receiving this error message,

This started happening about a week ago and some faxes are coming thru.

gknight1 is correct. You will need 15 licenses in order to have 15 VPN phones setup. I have setup sonic walls before and with each individual VPN connection, you will need a VPN license. I forget the term sonicwall uses for this but you get the point.
