Oops. Cut myself off there. My delemma is in gathering the data that is outside of the date range for the current month. How do I include a larger date range in this one column without affecting the current month's data for the other column?

I have tried both options; Over Group and Over All. This does not work as it only indicates a result of "1". I'm sure it is a lot more complicated than my limited knowledge.

Might I suggest making sure the addresses are on your approved sender or recipent list, and not blocked on your system. Make sure there are no extraneous independent firewalls in active status as this condition may prevent email from being sent. "In Windows, anything is possible...and usually is.
