I think I will wait before doing that....we think this may actually be a bug in the software. Tested this on a lab system and it won't allow you to enter more than 4 digits even when the system is setup for 5 digit extensions! Thank you for your quick response....I will let you know.

If it is truly an attendant console you cannot change 0 in the dialplan to be an extension. You could put in a different type set (6424??) give it an extension number and treat it as a regular extension. 0 could then become an extension in the dialplan and you could cover it to the appropriate...
