Well, NAV still finds imaginary viruses in the file. I excluded the serv-u system folder and all is fine.

Yes, mercury can handle multiple domains, to an extent. The problem is that joe.smith@domain1.com and joe.smith@domain2.com will be handled as the same account. There is reportedly a workaround by usng aliases, but I have not tried that. To use multiple domains, go to config / mercury core...

The formula "CMD" & Reservation.Id outputs "CMD1 234.00", but I want it to display "CMD1234". Format doent seem to work. the Id field is an integer in the database. Anyone knows how to proceed ? Thanks in advance.

CaKiwi's solution will work if the DOS prog uses standard output, which can be redirected. append "> filename.ext" to your program name. > sign replaces the file if it exists, while >> will append to it.
