I'm running windows 2003 server and every day about the same time, w3wp.exe seems to run and use allot of CPU's. Most of the time it doesn't use much if any. I'm new to 2003 so I'm not sure how to debug it.

I am re installing windows server 2003 and have two questions,
Can I set it up not to require an admin and or pass log in every time the system boots?
Can I just have the system shut down or re start without it asking me for a reason?
