Sonicwall 230 + Ms VPN client
I know the sonic wall downloadable client works easy. Why would you want to do without it unless you don't have a extra license to do the sonic wall client? Is that the issue? Lee- wimpy

DOS programs not printing in XP
Another idea, go to dosprn.com and download dosprn v1.72.It will allow you to print to network printers also. It is shareware I believe.- wimpy

PC screen and mouse freeze
Had a pc with client access loaded and mouse action would be slow. Solution, however strange was to unload client access and reload client access. Only happened on 1 pc and it had 98 on it I believe.- wimpy

SP4 big problem out of resources
Had Win2000 Pro machine. Installed SP3 which includes sp1&2. At install time chose to archive files. Then downloaded IE 6. Then installed SP4 without archiving. Big problem. Rebooted, everything is out of resources. Add printers shows no printers with message out of resources. Check event...- wimpy

XP Hurts/Helps IT Ratio
Talked to a nationally known headhunter. Used to be 1 full time pc person would be hired when the number of pcs a business had was 58 on the national average. Now in April, that ratio went down to 45 pcs per full time pc persion needed. Any guess on the drop in effeciency? My bet is Windows...- wimpy
