PC screen and mouse freeze

PC is freezing more frequently, (using Win 98), I can only re-start using the Re-set button.

Is this related, PC on start up requests virtual truck program, INSTAUS\TERAUSB\ VTRUCK.EXE, although listed using find, it presumably is not activated.

Had a pc with client access loaded and mouse action would be slow. Solution, however strange was to unload client access and reload client access. Only happened on 1 pc and it had 98 on it I believe.
