As far as i know there is no way of restricting the CTI server of dishing out the info for the NICE system, I have worked with NICE and technically it should be possible (ie it's nearly the same as a normal conference ). Are you monitoring the callmasters as well ??

There is no option like that the best way is to log on to the server and at the prompt type in "who", this will display all users of the centervue client.
your best bet is to create a supervisor skill, and assign that to the supervisors ( restrict use only to you) so you can run reports...
