Can I see current CentreVu v9 users via CentreVu??

Is there any function within the CentreVu suite that advises you of who is currently logged into CentreVu (or has it active on their desktop).

I'm looking for people logged into CentreVu Supervisor, not logged into their phones!!

Hi ,

There is no option like that the best way is to log on to the server and at the prompt type in "who", this will display all users of the centervue client.

your best bet is to create a supervisor skill, and assign that to the supervisors ( restrict use only to you) so you can run reports on the supervisors

Touchbase - thanks for that, but would the 'skill' suggestion necessarily work? There is no CTI here and as such I'm basically asking Supervisor who is using the program, not who is logged into any phone.
