I thought that by default the message should show but it's not showing.
Print Preview doesn't show the header either, only the text message.
I could not find from where to include the Header. Mind you, i'm using Outlook XP. I can do it in Outlook 2k.

I have Office XP in my PC. In Outlook, when I print a new e-mail before sending it, the output shows only the message body (like a word document).
Is there a way to include the e-mail header (i.e. From: To: )?

The mailbox "CSR" is added to all Reps. The manager wants all replied e-mail from that mailbox be automatically copied to a Public Folder which only him and the supervisor would have access to.
Any idea how to cc to the public folder?

I added a 2nd mailbox (Helpline) into my Outlook 2000. I already set permission as "user" in the Exchange 5.5 (SP4). I can see the folder, but when I click on the "+" in order to expand, i got the error message:

I have 2 inboxes, 1 personal, 1 for business:
1) How to enable different reply based on sender?
2) Is there a way to prevent myself from deleting the business inbox messages still be able to answer?
3) How to add a disclaimer to ONLY the business outbound e-mail?

I'm not an expert on Exchange 5.5 but this will help you.
Open your MS Exchange Administrator and go to
Configuration -> Connections
Open Internet Mail Service
Click on "Routing" tab
Add your 2nd domain and choose "inbound" then Ok.
You'll then need to go to your exchange...
