I have Exchange Server 5.5 running users@nthea.com and want to create a second account called users@hescloan.com. With users@nthea.com, I am able to send and receive mail. With users@hescloan.com, I am able to send ONLY mail and NOT received mail.

I already have the ISP to point to my MX record for both users@nthea.com and users@hescloan.com. I just cannot receive mail to my users@hescloan.com.

Is it possible to have two different names on the exchange server to route mail?

I'm not an expert on Exchange 5.5 but this will help you.

Open your MS Exchange Administrator and go to

Configuration -> Connections
Open Internet Mail Service
Click on "Routing" tab
Add your 2nd domain and choose "inbound" then Ok.
You'll then need to go to your exchange server services to stop and re-start the "Internet Mail Service" service.

Do some testing.
Good luck.

Thanks for the help 9894!!!

I have already tried that and it did not work. I am thinking when I created the account users@nthea.com, I changed the smtp to users@hescloan.com.

Is it possible to create users@hescloan without it defaulting to users@nthea.com
