Are there any reports that actually give the phone number from abandoned calls? The abandoned call report from the RCC just give the total amount of calls but we are looking for the actual phone number.

I don't think that's the issue as I checked in task manager when it's running or just minimizing another window and I don't even see a spike in CPU usuage. I get this on any PC running the soft phone.
When using the I2050 softphone, I get a delay or when minimizing windows. Is there a way to correct that as minimzing or maximizing a window shouldn't affect bandwidth.
Is it possible to have a hardphone in the office with one extension and a softphone that registers the same extension if the user works from home 1 day a week?
I know I can do an Answer DN but wasn't sure if the softphone could just select the same extension (probably not).

What I was hoping for is if I can give a higher priority to anything that needs to run through the VPN tunnel vs the net. I will try Ethereal as a test to see. Even if I can give the VPN for IPSec a higher priority might be good enough.

I am able to get it working on a Windows XP machine without problems (a machine that never had the software). The server that had the old version (which was completly uninstalled) is having the problem. The BCM was updated while the RCC was still active. Wasn't advised to stop or shut it down.
I actually uninstalled the old DB and deleted all the folders. That's why I'm stuck. The data sits on the BCM so when get it going, it retrieves all the data anyway.
Same problem. I did find the password in the default.asp in that directory but it didn't work. THe odbc connection works fine if I test it without a password. It fails if I put that password in.
Tried without success. Why is password = yes when there is no password? If I could find what Asp file that resides in, I would trying changing it to NO and see if that works but I did a search within all files and didn't find it.
We recently applied some new patches to 3.6 for Voicemail and RCC. When we reloaded the RCC on the Windows 2003/IIS6 server, we can't get into the login page. Error below;
