I would make sure that the correct entries are in access control list........be sure you and or whoever else you want to have this is in the access control list -

I am having a problem with the smptpibwq.nsf and the smptpobwq.nsf...Normally mail is channeled in and out of these boxes, but as the mail circulates and is deleted, the space is not released....I have downed the server and deleted these in order to create new ones...the deleted space still... -
Choose ID File to Examine
It looks as though you just need to point it to where your id file is stored usually in the notes/data dir Once you point it there, it will not usually prompt you again
