Server Administration List 4.6

I have two questions closely related:

First, can anyone tell me what determines the servers list when you try to administer a server via File.Tools.ServerAdministration from a Notes Designer 4.6 workstation?

I've never been able to figure this out.

All it lists now is local.

Second, if i type the name of the server in it tells me
"This server is not permitted to passthru to the specified server"

I always could before the only thing I changed was in the server documents the public address book. I was getting a warning that my access lists were getting too long and that I should instead use groups created in the public address book. I've done so and have checked and rechecked to see that myself and the two servers involved are listed where they should be, they are.

Any suggestions?

Hi Cathy,

Specifically per my understanding the list i'm refering to is in the server document, under restrictions, in the section "Route Through". I have my name as well as a group i created called routethrough with everyone elses name in it that I wanted to be able to pass through on this server.

The same goes for the "access this server" and "destinations allowed" basically they all have the same entries in them as when reading through the help bubbles that pop up if you click and hold on the section name, that seemed to be the thing to do.

Any suggestions?
