I have a user that wants to simply pickup the receiver like she does on key 0. The current setup is her extension on key 0, a rollover on key 1, another users extension on key 2 and 3. She does not want to have to press the key prior to answering a call for the other user.

I'm still not seeing it. I'm sure I have the correct application, I've edited it in the past. I see Attendant 0 notated in each block but no block specifically allocated to attendant. I've even scrolled all the way to the right and to the bottom. Just don't see it.
We had a menu system set up a couple of years ago by an outside vendor. I can pull up CallPilot Application Builder and see how the calls are routed through out the menu but I can't tell where they go when someone presses 0. I know what to look for but I am not seeing it. It should be programmed...
I've uninstalled and reinstalled this morning using an install provided by ArrowS3 on 4/16/12 CP 5.0 Desktop_050041167_English.exe I noticed that some of the settings remained even after the uninstall. Is there an install for just the player portion?
Sorry, the user is going into CallPilot, Desktop messaging, Outlook 2010 (Win 7). He has messages combined with messages in his inbox. When he opens the CallPilot message through Outlook the player pulls up but only plays for approx 8 seconds. If the user, however, does not use Outlook and logs...
I have a system that drops message play after approximately 8 seconds. I have uninstalled, reinstalled and have looked through settings to no avail. If the user does not use callpilot and listens to the voicemail it is complete.
Any thoughts or suggestions?
