We had a menu system set up a couple of years ago by an outside vendor. I can pull up CallPilot Application Builder and see how the calls are routed through out the menu but I can't tell where they go when someone presses 0. I know what to look for but I am not seeing it. It should be programmed to hit (4) different extensions and ring either 3 or 4 times at each. Does anyone know where this information is programmed? we were wanting to change the order of where the calls go.

Open the properties of the Attendant Block in App Builder, it will tell you where it is directed. If the Zero Out option is directed to that block

Thanks for the reply, unfortunately, the only attendant block is at the bottom and nothing noted in properties. Any other suggestions?

Sounds like you're not looking at the right application. The menu block has an option for 0, if it's showing on the menu block then it has to be connected to another block or the application will not save. If the 0 option is not showing, then it's disabled and not in use, you can right click the menu block in question and have it shows or hide the options.

The attendant block at the bottom of all app is for rotary or no response on initial entry to the app.

I'm still not seeing it. I'm sure I have the correct application, I've edited it in the past. I see Attendant 0 notated in each block but no block specifically allocated to attendant. I've even scrolled all the way to the right and to the bottom. Just don't see it.
