You can not redirect after IIS has output any content, such as the DTC button. Try using response.buffer=true at the begining of the code (before any output)
... try uninstalling PWS and reinstalling the Option Pack. I recommend you install the Option Pack after a clean install of WinNT 4.0. You can also try downloading some other simple and small mail server from the Web.
Ok, I don't have a very good answer to your problem but here are some options:

First, you have to point all de DNS records to the same IP. Having done this, IIS 5.0 (don't know if IIS4.0 too) let you configure only the IP and port, but if you click in "advanced", you can change also the list of Domain names for which the Web Site responds to.
