Here's the problem: I have two extensions on one phone. The person left and I programmed both extensions with the new person's name. When someone calls this person, it says the old person's name for a minute, then flashes to the new person's name, is there a way to stop that from happening?

Does anyone have advice an a good call accounting software package for the cs1000. We currently have Apogee and not real happy. I would prefer actual tech opinions and not someone trying to sell me something if possible :)

I access the pbx through Element Manager, is that what you mean? I created an alias to the ip and named it cs1000 so now I can just go to http://cs1000. I found it a little easier than the console for a lot of my needs.
