How to reprogram all 3904s 1

I would like to know if there is a "shortcut" to reprogram all 3904s vs going into programming for each and every phone to change the CLS to CFXA and Key 19 CFW 6. I need to change this for every phone which is a 3904, and we have ~ 500 phones

I'm looking for solutions on the switch itself as I do not use the software for the pbx programming. Thank you.

You have to go in to every phone individually and make the changes. You can find programs that will automate this process, but they would still have to go in to each phone one at a time and make the change.

As stated above, you can use programs such as Procomm Plus to make mass changes using source data such as one found in LD 83, or just the TN.

There is no shortcut unless you take the time to learn a little bit about scripting. By that time, you might have been done. I use a different approach with Word Mail Merge to create the script. You might want to look at it:
