try joining A & B (even a cross join would be fine) as a temp table and then join C on index.. (if you do join on index)

Still Randy's answer applies as to the index selection etc..
I use my MP3 partition (NTFS) to play while doing something in Linux. editing /etc/fstab and mounting the NTFS partition as type NTFS , umask = 022,ro,users in the options sorts it out easily.

If you take out the aurora rpm, it works as you want. Else
1.edit lilo.conf to change the vga parameter from any number to 1 or
2.change the 'quiet' option to 'noquiet' in lilo.conf

one more issue I found the hard way is if there is a varchar field unload to a variable length (VB) dataset in mainframe or else convert every varchar field to char during unload and then write out to a fixed length (FB)dataset.
