One of my user's meeting reminders always notifies her late. The pc and server times are correct as well as the time zone. Does anyone know what might cause this? Also, they are recurring meetings. They are usually late by 2-4 minutes. Thanks in advance for you help!

When new users start, Outlook 2000 is reconfigured for the new users mailbox. When this is done Exchange 5.5 produces a ton of these failure audits. Exchange still refers to the previous user's account as well. Everything work fine though. Here's an example of the failure audits:

I have read that deleting old accounts from NT when a user leaves the company should not be done, but instead disabled. If this is true, what is the reason? How about the Exchange 5.5 email account associated with it?
