Is it possible to have 2 CLS's connected to 1 digital logger V8.8.
Cls's will be as follows:CLS1 ver 8.8 ericsson md110 switch driver(applink). CLS2 ver 8.9 ericsson md110 switch driver Genesys.
Recording channels are spread amongst logger some will be genesys others normal...

Nice log system version 8.8
Recording is extension side
Extns are ACD phones with multiple additional numbers(ADN) 5 in total on them.
Unable to locate calls using CLS search although am able to via Inserter query.
Suspect that the ADN numbers are not featured in CLS...
Finally managed to cross the t's dot the I's and get on the course. Any ideas of what I can expect. already had the email with the CBT stuff and it looks like I wont be seeing daylight much.
Its really the Nice Monitor application I'm looking at yet to view the Query side. I did raise it Nice and they said the same as you in respect to Nice CTI intergration problem is I have to stop the CLS to look so will be done this weekend.

I've spoken to Nice and they are sending me some adapters to try. Moved the wire off the krone strip straight on to a socket with line with out success. Looks like the cable from the frame goes directly into the adapters on the loggers so points of failure reduced. Unusual thing is kinda...
The stations are currently on the 5th and 15th, I did do a crude test similiar to the one suggested hooked up a digital extn with a channel attached on the frame. the fault persisted. The location of the kit is all within 2-3feet off each other.

Its looking more and more like the fault could be with the nice cable to the krone strip. Based on the theory that its the only point that is being used. what I might do is swap one out seeing as I have approx 60 channels to play with. With regards to the line noise any views on that.

Always nervous shutting down the loggers, what I normally do is eject the tapes through Backup. Then once tapes out go to menu select shutdown then restart the logger. In the instance of this time I would go do something else for an hour and restart the logger after its passed. Hopefully all...

We have 2 loggers currently presenting us with 240 channels, unfortunately some 50 of them are showing LOS/NOS which I am unable to change. I have checked the phones and cabling with known good channels successfully. Is there any other tests I can do or actions I can take.
