Yes, it works except IVR scripting but for supervisors tasks it is ok. I use also MultipleIE which allows you to run multiple version of IE on one computer.

Johnthephoneguy: Good idea but this is decision of my manager and he consider also money issues. Of course we get what we pay for but I could not do anything with it.

pbxn: I did that but dealing with vendor is a difficult and time consuming and usually I find someone on this forum who is better than vendor itself
