Thanks for the quick reply Mikeydidit. However, I was probably not real clear on what I am looking for. When you go into aux-work you can use specific aux reason codes to tell your supervisor what aux state you are in. For example you might hit the aux-work button followed by a 1 which would...
I am trying to create a vu display button that will allow my agents to push and see what aux state they are in. I believe I have set it up correctly but I get the error message across my display that says "AGENT XXXXX NOT MEASURED". Any ideas what I am missing? Any help would be appreciated...
Hi All-
Avaya is telling me the draw breaks down as follows:
4610 6 watts
4620 9.9 watts
4621 12.9 watts
4625 12.9 watts
I thought this to be very useful information.
Does anyone know what the power draw is for 4610, 4620, 4621 and 4625 IP phones. We are getting ready to change out our analog and digital phones to IP and I want to make sure our Cisco 4506 with POE blades can support the volume of phones we will be attaching. Thanks in advance for any...
Does anyone of any information on push server or is anyone currently using one in their environment? I would like to be able to push images (my company logo) onto my 46XX sets.
I am looking to find a way to add a watermark or logo to my 4625. Is this possible? What about adding a hyperlink to the internet from one of these logos? Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
I would like to bump up my memory in my Sunblade 150 CMS box and load ODBC myself without the help of Avaya due to cost. Has any one done this and is it somewhat easy to do? Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Do any of you know the part number for the disk drive of an Octel 250. It appears my disk drive has gone bad and I am unable to get a good backup. Thanks in advance.

Ken I am having a hard time posting my screen shots. The feature I do not have turned on are as follows: 8,17,23,33,37,43,55,57,59,62,36,38,42,58,60,74,and 75. Are any of these worth having turned on. My minutes are 495 and I have 63% free so I may be okay. Thanks again.
It looks like I have a lot of the feature bits turned on...is there a list I can look at to see a description of the ones I don't have turned on? Also where can I verify 900 hours? Thanks again Ken.
Ken thanks for the features at a glance! What do you mean by turning on all the hours? Is there a way to see what feature bits I already have turned on? Because I think I already have all feature bits turned on.
When upgrading an Octel 250 from load 2.3.3.1 to the latest load which I believe is 3.11 do you get any additional features? or is there any advantage to this? Your input would be greatly appreciated.
