Loading ODBC and memory stick in CMS

I would like to bump up my memory in my Sunblade 150 CMS box and load ODBC myself without the help of Avaya due to cost. Has any one done this and is it somewhat easy to do? Any help would be much appreciated.

ODBC is considered a customer installable package. As far as the additional RAM, I've done it several times with no problems. Follow normal PC hardware precautions, such as grounding, and follow the instructions in the installation manual.
