The system is nec sl1000.
There are PRI trunks (2 nos). Issue is the incoming calls forwards to a mobile phone number.
I want to cancel it and please help me to solve it.

How many error tones are on the key system? Does NEC provide downloadable audio files for identify these error tones?
I want to identify and resolve issues by using these error tones.
Thanks belevedere, by the way please tell me, is there an option to recognise changed programs? So then I can isolate them and rekeyed within short time. It will prevent missings.
Issue is on the Extension name. Even you change extension number, it does not change the Extension name.
Example: if you have deleted Ext 200 and assigned Ext 300 to it, it still shows as Ext 200. [If this extension is a keyphone then you can clearly identify the situation. You can see "300" on...
