NEC SV9100 - can't access WebPro - Lost Password 1

Hi,

This is 1st time i posting here.

My Situation:
Company owned 1 NEC SV9100, i am only IT(MIS) staff, Whole company no people have access to Webpro.

All info i get from handover document show username:tech password:12345678.

After tried, show "The user name/password combination is invalid", I try to contact certain vendor (base on Services history record)

Vendors mention they have no idea, and can't proceed recovery job.

As i am new to NEC, any action / suggestion recommend?
 
The default manufacturer password is listed in the programming manual. If it was not changed it should be necii + 47544. It's the same as the IPK-II. you may be able to find a manual on line. Try

Thanks for reaching me, unfortunately after i tried some default pw get from manual guide:

necii + 47544
admin1 + 0000
user1 + 1111

all can't been work.

That mean my PABX is hijack by 1 of the vendor?
 
Do you have a backup of the system? If you do it's pretty easy to get it from there. If not how big a system is it?
