Remove the jumper from the 110 or 66 block before it ties to the elevator and see if problem stops.
I had the same problem and had to get the Vendor to program the system on his equipt
once he did the problem stopped.
His equipt is causing the problem. Vendor for the elevator need to fix.
change the maximun number of calls from 1 to 2
leave the busy trigger set to 1
dont change anthing on the cli even though cisco recommends...
change only on the Directory Number Configuration.

Once that was unchecked, calls into 7975 and 7962 could
transfer with no 1 way audio
