PLAR rings IP phone every 10 minutes

I have an elevator phone connected to a vg224 using PLAR to ring an IP phone. When the elevator phone button is pressed PLAR works the way it is supposed to. However, when the call is cleared the IP phone rings once every 10 minutes.

Remove the jumper from the 110 or 66 block before it ties to the elevator and see if problem stops.
I had the same problem and had to get the Vendor to program the system on his equipt
once he did the problem stopped.
His equipt is causing the problem. Vendor for the elevator need to fix.

Mike, I ran into the same situation as well. After weeks of finger pointing I recommended removing the PLAR, therefore taking that piece out of the equation and having the vendor program the button to perform the dial instead. He did indeed find that it was a faulty board in the elevator electronics and replaced it.
