Use Novell's Registry Editor to remove all traces of GroupWise after you have uninstalled it. Restart the machine and re-install the GroupWise client (try the workstation install).<br><br><br>Best of luck.
Use uninstall GroupWise and use Novell's Windows Registry Editor and make sure that all of the GroupWise entries are removed. Then restart the machine and re-install GroupWise. I have run into this issue before. In most cases, this has solved it.
TID 10008433 from support.novell.com works fine. My server crash (hardware failure) and had to be replaced. Once I had NetWare installed on the new server and it was stable, just followed the steps in the above TID.<br><br>Best of luck.

Apply the latest service patches. The Y2K rollover affected the print and preview capabilities. There is a TID, but I don't remember the number. Go to: support.novell.com and search the knowledge base and the downloads.<br>
