How to make a picture flash or flicker several times?

I have a final that requires that I make a picture of a happy face flash or flicker 5x when the answer is correct, this is for a interface that includes frames that multiply or divide a random number. My professor said there are to ways to make the image flash or flicker,either using a loop statement or a timer? Can you e-mail me some examples on how I can program the image to flash or flicker several times please!!!

Try using a timer and a select case context with the happy face and a faded happy face or a blank. Adjust the interval until you have the effect you are happiest have. You could also loop for your 5x times. Many possiblities. Hope this helps.<br>
