You may have to uninstall GW, install WMS like badger said, then reinstall GW.... GW will automatically register itself as the defaults in WMS this way.

Yeah, the problem with rules is that unless there are some undocumented wildcards that can be used, I would need roughly 1100 rules to accomplish what I want to do.

FarOutGuy: You must install windows messaging from the GWClient directory under client\win32\wms, then in the control panel go tot he section for Mail, click on the delivery tab and set your delivery order.

For me this has really done nothing but add the wrods Groupwise to the program section of IE Options. GW was able to send mail from IE before installing this just fine. But it might help you.
