We are in the process of implementating a Cisco IVR/Call Manager, seemlessly into an existing Avaya Definity G3si.
The IVR is the front end and kicks out to an existing Avaya call center.

We have installed/integrated quite a few CallManagers and Definity G3s. We have even installed the DPA to share an Octel voicemail between the two.
