I have what I thought was an easy feature to implement but I cannot see a simple way.
The customer wants to record all calls for a user but have a few numbers on a white list which don't get recorded. Easy to do on the inbound DDI but not so easy on out bound numbers.

Has anyone noticed on the Communicator call history on IP Office if someone calls you more than once there is no way to tell what time the first call arrived at your phone.

I have a 9.1 install of the IPOCC OVA where they have tried to add the Microsoft Licence for 2012 and it is not been accepted even though it works on another machine.
Is there anything odd about the 2012 licence requirements for the OVA 2012

Apparently we can run Avaya Communicator as a Soft Phone on the IP500V2 and the SE. In this scenario you don't need a IP Phone or Endpoint it is just like Power User except you don't get the Mobility Option.

Did you have any luck with this the manual says its supported but having this feature. But having trouble getting Web Collaboration icon to even appear on the 9.1 Communicator.

Has anyone tested this to see if they work or not?
It says in the docs unsupported however if we put 9.0 into the modules and 9.1 in the system maybe they will work to some extent?
