This is kind of what I am looking at doing and thinking of.
We have some apps that we are planning to deploy through to a web browser.
We could in effect put the as400 directly on the internet behind a firewall, however I am not...
Does anyone have any recommendations behind how to deploy internet appplications/web pages to the internet using an as400?
I know I am going to need SSL/HTTPS, and HTTP, but my question relates more to how you set up the network to keep the network secure.

I was lucky and had an extra port on the Cisco PIX Firewall. I installed the acces point on that interface and required all users to vpn from a wireless device to acces the internal network.

I would suggest Norton Anti-Virus Corporate version. You can install it on every machine, and the server can be configured to download updates, and distribute them to each of the PC's.

I would be very cautious about installing a access point on an internal network without a firewall to isolate it from the internal network. I would not do it unless I absolutely had to.

The recommended setups that I have seen often involve setting up OWA on a server (In the DMZ) that connects to the exchange server (internal).

I randomly looses its setting, and stops handing out dhcp addresses.
Cold reset/reconfiguration fixes it, but I am concerned that the problem is more widespread. I have heard of this before on at least 2 other linksys devices.

I got a call from a friend of mine who has just had a Linksys Cable DSL Router Loose its mind.
I have had one of these devices do this in the past and I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem.

In some cases, you may need to configure the application(s) to use the additional memory.
Progress for example, can be configured to put more of the database in memory.
