When opening .tif files in the Kodak Imaging software that is included with Win2k, it opens in full screen. I don't want it to fill the whole screen to where I can't even see my task bar. How can I change it so it is not in full screen? I can't even resize the window or anything.
I have someone who has an issue where Word randomly starts to run slow when trying to copy and paste. I have tried to reinstall office, defrag, recreate windows profile. I'm seriouly stumped on this and was wondering if anyone has seen this before or has any suggestions for me.

After installing the Laserjet 3380 and it's software, I get an error when launching the toolbox. Here is the error:

I have been searching and people say it is either clearing out c:\winnt\system32\spool\printers or that it is print jobs stuck in a printer (most people say image writer). None of this applies to me but spoolsv.exe is using 100% CPU.
Any ideas?
I have someone who just had Windows XP put on their computer. When they click on start and then help, the help and support does not come up. Also if you try to get help in windows explorer, nothing comes up either. They do get the option for help in word though.
In Outlook 2003, I open a new email. I drag the toolbar with the save button on it from the top of the email to below the subject line. I then close out of the email, close outlook and then reopen outlook. It doesn't save the toolbar to the new location where I moved it.
