We are using GW 7.0.4.
We are setting recurring all day appointments for the next fiscal year (5/1/11 - 4/30/12). The appointments that occur during the time change for daylight savings time, show a start time of 1am, then carryover to the next day for 1 hour. I've checked the time zone and...
I'm trying to create macros in Open Office Writer 2.4 where the user is prompted to enter data, then that data would print on a document. I've found the input box to enter the data, but so far, I can't get the data to print on the document. Any ideas?
Is there a way to change the font size in the subject line in GroupWise7? Our default font is Times New Roman 12, but the subject line shows a much smaller size, and the users are complaining.
I was asked to pose this question:
Is there a command switch that would open each component of the suite defaulting to different directories? For example, when Writer is started, the default directory would be the users' Word/Writer directory; Calc would start in the users' Excel/Calc...
We are getting ready to install OpenOffice.org to replace Microsoft Office. In testing, I found that OpenOffice.org 2.1 wants all of the users' files to go in the same directory. Does anyone know if we can point each application to separate directories? For instance, a users' existing Word...
I'm attempting to install Office 2003 on our Network. We want the applications to run off the network, and the user's files are also stored on the network. All of the applications except Access will accept the network default file location. We need to use UNC paths and variables, but Access...
One of our users has an Excel spreadsheet that she hyperlinks to a Word document. These were originally created in Office 98. Now that we are using Office XP, the hyperlinks don't work. She could go in and edit each one, but there are close to 200 links. Is there a way to edit them all at...
I have created interactive PDF forms in Adobe Professional 6 that contain numerous decimals. When the numbers are entered, the decimal rounds to the nearest 10th (I have it set for 2 decimals). Is there a way to not have the numbers round, but to have them truncate?
I know that when using VB Script you can map a network drive, then disconnect that drive when you logoff. But, is there a way to unmap the network drive when you exit the program?
For example, in a VB Script, I map network drive "T", then start WinWord. When I close WinWord, I'd like...
I know that the postal bar code can be inserted on envelopes, but how can we get that information on letters?
We currently have macros that merge and print the letters. Now, we would like to put the bar code information on the letters too. How do we do this?
We are using GroupWise6, support pack 4. When we go into Tools, Options, Environment, the configuration box is checked and greyed out for 'Read next after accept, decline or delete'. Where do we go to uncheck that option?
We had this same problem. I found that if you drag the corner of the GroupWise window to the size that you want it, it will stay that size the next time you go into it. The minimize and maximize only worked for the current session.
