Have 5.0 xc software installed on the MICS.
Have 10 base stations. Have 25 3060's to register.
Problem:
3060 handsets will not register.
Allows you to put in the password.
After entering the DN "registration fail"
Can see the base stations as "idle"
Re-evaluation is not...
are you dialing into the system using a line and transferring to extension 241 or are you using F980 to leave a message or are you using the intercom + 241 to reach the VM?
Can you program Feature 987 to be a button right above your intercom buttons (just for this test)...is there flashing?
What telephone set have you programmed F987 to?
What button number did you program it to? on a T series phone, on earlier versions of software the buttons were weirdo...This may be why you cannot see the flashing...
How many intercom buttons do you have programmed to that set?
What is the extension that the recep enters when she presses Feature 986?

I have a Call Pilot 100, CCR Tree and would like to transfer externally from one of the paths using the same Centrex line. However, I have only been able to set it up so the call uses two lines. It has been suggested I use #+9+number, but I am unsure of the line, pool, route etc. Any assistance...

Night Service Button on primary set.
Feature code is Feature 871. (a la one button).
But, first you need to program it one the system.
What is the system you are programming on?
CICS? MOD? 6x16?

What do you want to accomplish with this customer? What do they want to do?
Feature 982 is great if you do not want the calls to be answered by the AA at all during the day.
If you want the calls to be answered directly by the AA after let's say 5pm then the night service button is the best...
Can't do it that way, but what about programming Feature 982 on a button- and label the button with the password.
The user then presses the button and enters the password, which is conveniently located on the button.
This has helped me in the past.
