Out of nowhere this morning office 365 will not run. Upon trying to open Excel I received the "Operating System is not presently configured to run this application" error. This same issue appears with all of the office apps
So far I have tried:
1-running repair from the control panel-both...
Does anyone know what phones will be able to be brought over to the Ring Central or ACO platform? I can't seem to find anything that specifically lists models although I would assume all the SIP capable will work
Thanks Billxx. That is what I saw but like I said our distributor is telling the salesperson that it does so thought I'd get verification. Not sure if the call park scenario will work for the client but if cordless is their direction looks like they don't have an option.
I'm hoping to get definitive confirmation if a D160 can have Line appearances programmed. From what I can see in the manual the answer is no however my distributor claims that it can support line appearance.
This is a critical point to the client and I don't want to sell them something...
Z-man,
We are using GSuite and the only difference in my setup is we use port 465 and deselect 'Use Challenge Response Autentication....' We also use Intuity mode on our VMPro
New (<2weeks)Hosted Server Edition 11.0.4.1.0.(11) not transmitting DTMF tones in either direction. SIP line and Extensions (all SIP) are configured for RFC2833/RFC4733 DTMF support which seems to match the carrier in a trace. Option of 'Require DTMF' is unticked in Extension>VOIP

I thought it was possible to use manager to configure a hosted IPO? I was able to login to the IPO a couple times but then when trying again I get the following "IP Office: xx.xxx.xxx.xxx not found. Device might be offline or have version older than 3.2. I have not made any changes to my...
Turns out this was a firewall issue on my CheckPoint 730 appliance
Even though I added SIP ports 5060/5061 to the exceptions list it was still blocking them. Oddly enough the Security logs showed them as accepted but upon doing a SSH capture found out it was actually still blocking them.
Had...
trace of ext 202(k175) calling 205(wireless)
I pulled the trace and will get a better version when possible. AND since I left all of the public info in the post like a dumba** when i know better. Thanks for pointing that out hairlessupportmonkey
Aside from the system issues I had on another thread I have a wireless phone not working properly
Using a Yealink W60P wireless phone that I can make calls on however it will not ring. I've verified it is not forwarded and DND is not enabled and SSA doesn't show anything atypical.
So I was able to contact the firm that performed the configuration and am now mostly up and working.
I had to use a file server app and point the phones to my PC in order to load the 46XXsettings.txt & K1xxSupgrade.txt files they sent to me.
Am I wrong that these files should be listed in the...
I think you just exposed my lack of knowledge on the hosted services and web Management piece. I stepped out of IPO a few, read several, releases back and just getting back into it which is very obvious at this point. [hairpull2]
The WM is accessed via IP only, no host name, so likely not...
And I'm back at ground zero. As soon as the "working" phone was restarted it failed to login and has worse issues than the others.
At this point I am waiting until after the weekend to have someone smarter then me look into this as I think the configuration is just all jacked up.
I'll post...
OK well I may have made some progress. There was a provisioned phone not yet used and upon turning up registered correctly and logged in. The file server IP on that phone is 0.0.0.0 which matched the http address on the system via WM.
Now the problem is I can't seem to remove the current IP...
I believe it is Containerized but unfortunately I don't know for sure. Or am smart enough to know how to determine. We have the web management portal access which the interface is the same as when hitting a V2 but not much more beyond that. The file server address in the phones were all...
Trying to turn up a K175 on the IPO Hosted service but appear to be getting a filer server failure. After bootup and entering user's credentials it returns-"SIP Login Failure, VOIP phone service is currently available but with limited service. Contact your System Administrator"
When I run the...
Yes it is and the NIC is static set to be in the same range.
What I just tried was to set the IPO address in the IP search Criteria under Preferences->Discovery and that allowed it to find the IP and open without any issues.
