Is the new 2003 server running R2? If so, this could be your issue. You may have to rerun adprep from the 2nd CD of Windows 2003 Server R2.

We are running Exchange2000 and have a problem with our conference room mailbox accepting recurring appointments. Individual meetings are accepted without an issue, but it rejects all of the recurring events. Any help appreciated.
