Text Disappears in Outlook when sending mail

Intermittently different users will create e-mails and when they send the e-mail, they find out that the text disappears from the message. It is verified by viewing the e-mail in their Sent mail folder. Clients are running Outlook 2003 through an Exchange 2000 server. There is no consistency to this issue. Any help appreciated.

check the text & background colors...
I know when I reply to some people my sig turns invisible because of the background color

Try turning off all background or stationary settings and see if it helps

Thanks, I looked at all of that already, but it wasn't the problem. This is definitely some kind or strange glitch with the mail server or the clients.
