I'm having issues with digit translations on some voice applications when calling from cell phones? We only have a few options and they don't respond to any DTMF tones. I believe it works when you call from a land line.

Can i use the time profiles with the night service button? I can NOT figure out time profile settings. I have Morning set to 9am-5pm and have they record the greeting for that. I have night service enabled but it dosn't work right??

We have an IPO running 5.18 and we have problems with credit card machines/model dialing out (faxes work fine). We also have a problem with DTMF tones when callers try to reach a remote access menu. It seems like the DTMF tones just stop being transmitted to the PRI.

I need help setting up an ASA 5550. We want to use the existing DMZ or create a new WLAN VLAN for public guest access. We are going to use a WAP if we can DHCP to work on the ASA 5500 (if not we will use a wireless router)

We have a Panasonic TDE with digital phones run 2600ft on a 100pr from the cabinet. Is this too far for digital phones? We are hearing conflicting info from our panasonic techs?

Today it happened again. You can call out but incoming calls don't get picked up by the auto attendant. You can call VM internally and it works (which is not usually the case).
A cold restart usually fixes the problem. Any ideas?
Displays never go off. I will check on the LED lights. It's a Partner Plus I believe. Dead air when you try to make a call.
I will check in a few on the other things.
Have a partner with partner mail vs. Randomly we can't make incoming or outgoing calls. Also at different times the VM doesn't pick up and auto attendnat doesn't work.
I would think it's just the partner mail except the issues with the outbound and inbound calling.

I have key 5 going to a menu with a timeout that goes to the extension and then a 5???. I changed it to ??? but it just loops back to the main menu?
When users hit 5214 at the main menu it goes to the 5 option???
Are extensions are 5XXX, and from the main menu you can dial any 5XXX extension. We now have a menu option with the number 5. When callers dial 5001 it goes to option 5, instead of waiting for the other 3 digits. How can I get it to wait to see if anymore digits are imputted?
